双方打算在中国乃至全球半导体行业中筛选投资组合公司，并提供指导和支持，包括来自SPT的启动资金、技术服务（MPW，EDA）、场地、行政支持，以及来自ST的产品和市场开发支持。
The companies intend to choose portfolio companies they can guide and support, in China and the global semiconductor industry. That support could include from SPT the contribution of start-up capital, technical services (MPW, EDA), site, administrative support, and from ST could include help with product and market development.
